How a Bottle Is Made

Before any decoration, the bottle itself is born in our Anhui plant — six stages from raw sand to inspected flint glass. Unfold each step below.

Silica sand, soda ash, limestone and our high-white recipe are weighed and blended automatically. The whiter the batch, the clearer the bottle — this is where crystal-grade transparency starts.

Our own furnace — running around the clock since 2019 — melts the batch at over 1,500 °C into a homogeneous, bubble-free glass. Owning the furnace means we control color, clarity and supply.

Molten gobs are pressed or blown into steel molds on IS machine lines. Gob weight and mold temperature are monitored continuously to hold wall thickness and capacity within tolerance.

Fresh bottles ride a lehr tunnel that cools them slowly and evenly, releasing internal stress. Proper annealing is what keeps a bottle strong through filling lines and freight.

Every bottle passes automated and manual checks — wall thickness, capacity, verticality, cosmetic defects — under an ISO 9001 quality system, with a pre-shipment QC report on request.

Bare flint moves straight into our nine in-house decoration crafts, then assembly with caps and pumps and retail-ready cartons — one factory, from sand to shipped pallet.
