Batching & Melting
High-white glass batch melted in our own furnace for consistent clarity and color.

Forming
Automatic press-and-blow lines shape bottles from 3 ml roll-ons to 120 ml lotion bottles.

Annealing
Controlled cooling in annealing lehrs removes internal stress for transport-safe glass.

Decoration
Nine in-house processes: spraying, coating, printing, frosting, hot stamping, decal, engraving, polishing, labeling.

Assembly & QC
Caps, pumps and droppers fitted and every batch inspected before packing.

Packing & Export
Export cartons from our own line; FOB / CIF / DDP shipping arranged.
